Orders placed by 10 am PST will ship the same business day unless any products require a lead time due to quantity ordered or seasonal restrictions. Orders are shipped out Monday-Wednesday to ensure the quality of your order isn’t compromised by having to sit in a shipping facility over the weekend. Orders placed after 10 am PST will ship on the following business day. Orders placed after 10am on Wednesdays will ship the following Monday. In the event that we cannot ship your order as expected, we will get in touch with you. If you would like to expedite shipping or arrange for other shipping arrangements, please contact us at email@example.com.
SHIPPING METHOD OPTIONS
Every single order is carefully considered by our team so we can guarantee that the products arrive in their most beautiful condition. We check the weather of each order location, and, when necessary, add ice packs and insulation to ensure sustained quality.
Generally, we try to send all packages through USPS Priority mail (2 day). During extreme heat conditions, and depending on your location, we may suggest one day service due to high temperatures in transit. In those cases, we will contact you direct to coordinate the best option and any adjustments in pricing.

TEMPERATURE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Due to the sensitive nature of chocolate, in warmer months shipping options may be limited in order to expedite shipping and preserve the quality of our products. We are also typically unable to ship on Thursdays or Fridays to ensure product isn’t left sitting in a shipping facility over the weekend. Please keep this in mind when placing an order during warmer months.
Chocolate starts to melt at 70 degrees F. When the ship-to destination has the potential to be in the 70’s or higher, your options for shipping may be limited to ensure the integrity of the chocolate.
For large quantity orders, we will contact you direct to review shipping options and coordinate delivery needs. Some of our products require a lead time when ordered in larger quantities. On occasion, larger confection orders will require an additional lead time not otherwise listed on the product pages. If there is a delay, our team will reach out to you right way to assist you with planning for the arrival of your order.

If no one is available to receive your order upon arrival at its final destination, our carriers will leave it at the door. If this could pose a problem or if the package could be exposed to heat, we recommend shipping to an address where someone can sign for and receive your package. Grön is not responsible for damage due to weather exposure or theft incurred after delivery.
PO & APO BOXES
Our carriers cannot ship to PO or APO boxes, so please make sure to use a valid street address when placing your order.
