Gluten-Free CBD Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is a super simple recipe that utilizes any of Grön’s 100mg chocolate bars. The dark chocolate with sea salt bar is probably my favorite, but you can get crazy and try a milk chocolate or even the dark chocolate raspberry bar. This is your world; go live in it.

Serves: Depends on the size of your dough balls. Makes around a dozen medium-sized cookies.

Equipment:

Stand-up or handheld mixer

Ingredients:

½ cup melted butter or coconut oil

¼ cup brown sugar

¼ cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 egg + 1 egg white

2 ½ cups almond flour

½ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt

1 bar of Grön’s 100mg CBD chocolate, broken into chip-sized chunks

How it’s done:

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2
Mix butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla together. Mix in eggs.

Step 3
Stir in almond flour, baking soda, and salt and mix well. Stir in chocolate.

Step 4
Drop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto baking skeet and bake for 14-17 minutes. Check the cookies after 15 minutes to make sure they don’t overcook.

Serve with: Perfect with a tall glass of milk or with some of Grön’s CBD chocolate or caramel sauce drizzled on top. Or, you know, straight off the cooling rack.
