This recipe has to be the biggest bang for your buck when it comes to the reward to effort ratio. Three ingredients, a little microwaving, a little stirring, and you can instantly make any dessert, fruit, or snack magical.
Seriously, though, chocolate shells are amazing. They encase anything you want in a perfect hard shell of chocolatey goodness. Have children? Dip their popsicles in this and they will think you are a wizard! Heading to a backyard barbecue? Take a bowl of this, heat it up in the microwave, and drizzle it over a scoop of ice cream. You will get invited to every party. No friends? Do like me and sit on the couch with a bowl of strawberries dipped in chocolate shell. I’m not ashamed, and you shouldn’t be either.
What makes it even better is that this CBD-infused chocolate shell is vegan, so all of our plant-based friends can get in on the fun as well, assuming what you are magic shelling is also vegan. Really, there’s nothing here not to like.

Serves: About 10 servings.
1 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil
1/2 cup of high-quality dark chocolate, finely chopped
1 Grön CBD dark chocolate with sea salt bar, finely chopped
How it’s done:
Microwave coconut oil in a heat proof bowl (ceramic or glass works best) for about 30 seconds or until melted.
Place all the chopped chocolate into the melted coconut oil and let sit for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir well. If oil or chocolate is not melted thoroughly, heat in microwave in 10-15 second bursts until it’s smooth when stirring. Done!
You can store this at room temperature for up to 6 months, or in the fridge indefinitely. Reheat in the microwave in 15 second bursts until completely melted, stir, and serve.
Serve with: You can use this to dip ice cream bars or popsicles, top bowls full of ice cream, drizzle over pretzels, or dunk fresh fruit! Add a sprinkle of sea salt to take it up a notch.
